Shona Blance established the business after holding senior management positions in Human Resource Management in the Private and Public sectors for over 15 years.
She has managed major Organisational Development projects including structure change programmes, management development programmes, produced Learning and Development strategies for public and private sector organisations and sucessfully managed their implementation, successfully attained IIP status, coached managers to improve performance and successfully addressed difficult conflict situations in the work place. With experience of highly unionised environments, including developing Partnership and Recognition agreements, as well as in non unionised workplaces, she brings a business focussed and pragmatic approach to the management of staff.
She has an LLB(Hons) & Dip Legal Practice (College of Law), an MSc in Human Resource Management (Stirling), an MA in Law and Employment Relations (Leicester) and an MSc in Information Technology (Glasgow) and is an Accredited Commercial Mediator (CIArb)
