In 2004 the new Sexual Orientation and Religion and Belief legislation came into force and we are starting to see the first number of cases coming through. 2005 saw changes coming into force covering Disability Discrimination and Sex Discrimination legislation. It doesn't stop there however and in 2006 Age Discrimination legislation comes into force which has far reaching implications that you need to start preparing for now.
