Sometimes however you will find yourself in a situation where something has gone wrong in the workplace and an employee either leaves or is sacked and then pursues you at Employment Tribunal. When this happens we work with organisations to advise on what their options are and what the risks associated with each are.
We can then represent you at Tribunal if you wish or settle with the indiviudal before it goes before the Employment Tribunal via a Compromise Agreement or advise you about using a COT3 agreement.
